A self-motivated design lead with 10 years experience. I'm focused on constantly evolving skill in all aspects of Creative & Design. With a keen eye for detail, problem solving and a “can do” attitude, I hope to continue my journey of championing Design Thinking and end to end creative solutions.
I'm enthusiastic, flexible and a dependable team player who has worked with world class brand design consultancies. Consumer obsessed with broad experience in design ranging from Branding, Packaging, Publication, Print, Digital and Shopper.
In my role as Design lead of GSK Nutrition & Digestive Health category
I lead the creative planning, design and project management of all Global Campaign and NPD launches for both the Shopper Marketing and Expert Marketing channels for brands like Horlicks and Eno with a focus on India and Brazil and with Sensodyne, Physiogel, Panadol & Scott’s Vitamins portfolio in SEA.
As part of this role I am a key participant in stakeholder meetings aligning insights research, R&D pipeline, co-create briefs with Global Marketing organisation and develop strategies for all Campaigns and New Product Launches Results: delivered 360 campaign (Horlicks Exam time India) resulting +56% new triers
across the country with regional share gains in both South East and North West.
During my time with GSK I have also had the opportunity to travel, getting involved in local TVCs shoots, Art direction of still shoot photography, store audits and consumer research.
Prior to GSK I had 3 years of experience in the Health & Beauty industry working
on Brand & Packaging design for Global brands like Vaseline, Lux, Kraft and Hankel. During this time I was a Lead for the Holmes & Marchant Studio, an on-site design consultancy for the Global Lux team at Unilever, working closely alongside the clients and managing project timelines, adaptions and design asset creations in a flexible environment.
